This encyclopedic handbook, prepared by the well-known Kyiv archeologist Halyna Mezentseva, is the first work containing brief biographical and bibliographic information on close to 600 archeologists whose work focuses on ancient Ukraine and Ukrainian antiquities. The handbook was published by Siverians'ka Dumka in Chernihiv with the financial assistance of the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies.
