Roman Serbyn is Professor Emeritus, Université du Québec à Montréal, Canada. He has published articles on nineteenth and twentieth-century Ukrainian history. He co-edited Fédéralisme et nations (1971), and Serhii Podolyns'kyi: Vybrani tvory (Serhii Podolynsky: Selected Works, 1990).
