Iwan S. Koropeckyj
Iwan S. Koropeckyj is professor emeritus, Temple University. He began his studies in Germany and completed them in the United States with a Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University. The author of several articles and books, Koropeckyj wrote Development in the Shadow: Studies in Ukrainian Economics and edited Ukrainian Economic History: Interpretive Essays. His research has dealt primarily with regional development in various countries of Eastern Europe with a focus on Ukraine's economic development. His current research interests concern the history of Ukrainian economic thought.
